What the job involves

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the Cubitts website
You will ultimately be responsible for all content and products on the Cubitts website (at Cubitts.com), and its various international versions (e.g. Cubitts US)
Ensuring the website is beautiful, clear and consistent (desktop and mobile) - adhering to our design principles
Creating and merchandising products, landing pages and beyond - plus keeping our online tools up to date - including our Virtual Try On tool, the Speculator
Supporting our in-house writer, creative and product teams to ensure the customer journey is considered, images are pixel perfect and information aligns with our tone of voice
Working with Brand and Customer Experience teams to identify new opportunities for educating and engaging customers
Reporting and analytics on customer behaviours and site performance
Managing our international site(s)
This is an office based position with no option for remote-based or hybrid working

Cubitts was founded in 2012, offering bespoke and made-to-measure high-quality sunglasses and eyewear. Its online and brick-and-mortar stores offer a wide range of glasses at affordable prices, as well as bespoke spectacle-making courses and full eye examinations.

2/3 of the population wear glasses, half every day, but the glasses industry hasn't evolved accordingly over the past few hundred years, with products and standards not improving. Cubitts aims to create a spectacle-buying experience that people love to transform the industry for the better.

Cubitts offers spectacles for life, with lifetime adjustments and reglazing, frames made the traditional way so that they outlast their users, using only the finest materials (and recycled waste), as well as allowing users to create a one-off frame to customers' exact colour choices and exact measurements.

With multiple stores mostly in London already, the brand is looking to expand not just throughout the UK but across the world. In the future, Cubitts aims to take the brand global to drag the $130bn industry into the modern age.
