Role
Who you are
- Passionate about food and the industry!
- 1+ years' work experience in account management or stakeholder management and/or hospitality and the food industry
- You have a genuine interest in food tech and resonate with Feedr’s mission
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent relationship builder, with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively
- An understanding of food and restaurant operations. Experience working in a kitchen, with food supply chains, or in operations are all relevant experience we are looking for
- Quantitative mindset, with good Google Sheets / Excel skills and basic understanding of common reporting tools
- You’re tech-savvy and have ideally already gained experience in working with a variety of basic systems, such as Gmail, Microsoft Office
- You have an understanding of or have experienced using AI tools
- You have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated and target-driven
- You are a self-starter and proactive but also love working in a team and contributing to a bigger common goal
What the job involves
- Build close relationships with our vendors, acting as a partner to help grow our business profitably together
- Manage a portfolio of vendors, monitoring performance, ratings and feedback and identifying opportunities to improve quality, service and growth
- Understand gaps in our vendor community and use data, client needs and market insight to support our search for new vendors
- Identify new vendors who would be ideal partners for Feedr, aligning with our brand and community, and sell them on joining as partners
- Support our restaurant partners in digitalising their menus and creating the best possible Feedr menu, using customer feedback, ratings and data to optimise their offering
- Support new vendor launches, working closely with vendors and Operations to ensure a smooth launch and strong ongoing service
- Find creative ways to solve vendor challenges, supporting them across areas including training, operations improvement and service quality
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, Customer Service, Marketing and Events & Catering to support a great vendor and customer experience
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve how we work with, support and grow our vendor community
- Keep up to date with food trends, new restaurant concepts and developments in the food industry, bringing relevant insights to the team
- Manage BAU responsibilities including menu approvals, vendor CRM and tracking documents, reporting and Zendesk management, as well as tasting vendor food and providing feedback

Our take
Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. On top of that, the restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is ready to expand its service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. And its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
