A pragmatic full-stack engineer. You optimise for impact over perfection and design systems that anticipate scale but don’t over-engineer

What the job involves

Own products end-to-end from talking to users to shipping code. This includes:
1) Integrating AI tutoring tools to help people learn complex topics
2) Building tools that help us identify and fast-track exceptional talent
3) Prototyping wild ideas to improve the course experience
Own our technical infrastructure. You’ll advocate for the best interests of our technical infrastructure as we scale. This means championing boring technology where it works, innovating where it matters and helping the team understand tech trade-offs
