What the job involves

The Sales Support Executive is expected to support sales activities on behalf of MIS’ SaaS and consulting business
The role conducts a wide range of activities to support the sales team and sales leadership to more effectively engage with our prospects and customers, as well as providing critical analytical, research, and administrative support
Processing and allocating new sales leads
Monitoring customer and prospect accounts
Research on markets and competition to feed into strategic and tactical decision-making
Management of CRM system including data, processes, and reporting
Providing data and reports to the Sales team and Sales leadership
Monitoring sales performance vs targets
Ensuring critical legal and onboarding work is undertaken in a timely manner
Working across teams to manage the onboarding on new customers
Support of sales team in efforts to win and onboard new clients
Data and analytics on trends and performance to sales team and sales leadership
Market and prospect research as requested
