- We are looking for a customer-obsessed, commercially-minded professional to join our growing Account Management team.
- Looking for various levels of seniority for the team, between 2 and 7+ years of relevant experience in the SEO or broader digital technology space, with demonstrated success in demanding, fast-paced environments

What the job involves
- As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing revenue base with many of the world’s most exciting global brands
- You’ll have a dedicated book of business and it will be up to you to own the commercial partnership between Botify and those customers
- You’ll be passionate about helping customers realize value from their technology investments and will earn credibility by becoming adept at articulating and showing the core capabilities of Botify’s solution
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within our Enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted partner
- Be a voice for the customer within Botify, driving a customer-centric approach to all engagements Botify has with the customer
- Know your client organizations inside and out - key players, reporting structure, budget cycles, growth goals, and strategic initiatives
- Work closely on a team with our Program Managers and SEO Success Managers to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership
- Own the entire renewal process: running discovery to understand the critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision process; confirming budget; and shepherding the contract over the finish line
- Close product expansions, upsells, and cross-sells to grow your book of business and help deliver best-in-class net revenue growth
- Lead quarterly business reviews, owning a value-based commercial narrative and business outcome
