Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an experienced designer, and a strong communicator who is passionate about building exceptional products
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work
- Experience in complex B2B products or environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders
- Experience in working on complex software or digital products, preferably in the tech industry
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus
- Bonus skill is previous experience with AI-based products or platforms
What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Designer at Aleph Alpha, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products
- You will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that meet both business and user needs
- User Research:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use findings to inform design decisions and product development
- Design Thinking:
- Apply design thinking principles to ideate, prototype, and iterate on product features and enhancements
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and guide development
- Usability Testing:
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into design iterations
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure alignment on product vision and execution
- Design Systems:
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all products
- Mentorship:
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team
