Role
Who you are
- At least 3 years experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales
- Previous experience in HR Tech or selling ATS solutions is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to run an organized and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel
- Experience at a scale-up or in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English. Nice to have: Dutch/German/French
- A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset
- Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships
- Competitive, with a drive to grow your market whilst upholding a high level of integrity
- Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus
What the job involves
- As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout our international markets
- You’ll have a closing focused role in which you’ll convert leads to successful Tellent customers
- The inbound leads you will be working on come from our different commercial channels such as Marketing, Partnerships etc
- It will be your job to manage the sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to negotiating and closing the deal
- In between, you’ll do product demos and build the foundation for a strong long-lasting relationship with the customer
- Your focus will be on speed, precision, and impact, driving growth in one of Tellent’s most dynamic markets
- Our Rest of World (RoW) Sales team is a tight-knit group of five: a Business Director, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, and two Account Managers
- Together, we cover more than 1,300 customers in international markets and are on a mission to convert qualified leads into high-value, long-term partnerships
- Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process, initial lead qualification, product demo, negotiation through to close in the RoW market
- Work with the complete Tellent offering - Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR
- Own the full sales cycle and reach monthly sales goals
- Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects. Build a strong understanding of the HRTech space and our customers’ needs
- Provide your insight and feedback on our products to ultimately make us the best recruitment / HR software around!
- First 90 days: You will begin building ownership from day one by working with inbound leads within our Rest of World (RoW) market and start contributing to pipeline and revenue
- Through structured enablement on our product, sales process, and tooling, you’ll ramp quickly with support from your manager and peers, while gradually increasing your autonomy in running deals and managing your pipeline
- After six months, You are reliably contributing against your targets and managing your pipeline end to end
- You participate actively in deal reviews and forecasting, apply sales best practices consistently, and handle a range of deal scenarios across different markets with growing confidence
- After 12 months, You are a solid and dependable member of the RoW team with a clear track record of contribution
- You own your accounts independently, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales execution and go-to-market motions as the business evolves
