What the job involves

This role will deliver one of the most sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services, globally across 27+ countries
Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration
Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation
Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources
Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks
Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt out processes, census data
Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage and audit
Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally
