Lead Decision Scientist, ZipRecruiter

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, operations research, economics, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of product analytics or data science experience in a product/engineering/tech environment
• Experience with designing experiments, A/B testing, and utilizing statistical principles to inform business decisions
• Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to connect data analysis to measurable business outcomes
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience synthesizing complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
• Proficient in statistical computing and scripting languages such as Python, R, SQL

• Drive Business Outcomes & Decision Making: Serve as a trusted partner for Product and Engineering stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, business-focused decisions. Enable impact through analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and modeling, ensuring timely and data-based insights
