What the job involves
- As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be an individual contributor driving high-impact marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads, fueling our sales pipeline
- This role is perfect for a data-driven and hands-on B2B SaaS marketer who thrives in multi-channel execution—leveraging email, paid media, webinars, and content marketing to optimize engagement and conversions
- You’ll collaborate closely with a sales and marketing that is actually aligned, track key performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies to maximize pipeline creation
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to meet pipeline targets
- Optimize performance across digital channels, including email, webinars, paid media, and social
- Collaborate with sales to align outreach messaging, provide follow-up resources, and drive lead-to-deal conversions
- Manage vendor and freelance contributor relationships to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Track and analyze KPIs like ROI, CAC, and conversion rates to refine strategies
- Create compelling promotional copy for mass emails, social media posts, landing pages, followup sequences, etc
- Oversee event and tradeshow selection, negotiations, promotion, lead hand-off, and post-event ROI measurement
- Partner with sales and the rest of marketing to enhance pipeline generation and optimize processes
