What the job involves

Climate Impact Partners, a leading provider of high quality carbon credit programmes, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Development Representative to join our growing team
In this fast-paced role, you'll be the engine driving our sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting
Be a master of cold outreach: Utilise phone calls, email, LinkedIn and text messaging to identify, connect and engage with potential clients. The end goal is simple: qualify and schedule an initial meeting for our Client Solutions (Sales) team
Prospect strategically: Work very closely with our Lead Generation and Marketing team to research and target companies that align with our mission and growth goals
Generate high-quality leads: Qualify leads through effective communication and identify their needs
Become a HubSpot and Salesforce pro: Leverage these tools to organise your work and track progress efficiently
Shape the role: We encourage your input and ideas to help us refine and optimise the prospecting process
Crush Goals: Achieve your weekly leading indicators of calls and qualified initial meetings. This leads to business growth in terms of profitability and climate impact!

However, achieving zero emissions by changing business habits and operations is a daunting task. Climate Impact Partners offers companies the chance to purchase carbon offsets, fund climate projects, and move towards their net zero goals, in a managed and simple manner.

Carbon offsetting is a tool for businesses to achieve net zero by purchasing parts in projects that have net negative carbon impact, in a similar way to purchasing stock.
