Who you are
- The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of financial technology and digital assets
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.), marketing automation, and funnel optimization
- Proven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing webinars and virtual events as part of a broader growth strategy
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
What the job involves
- BitGo is seeking a Growth Manager to lead and scale our customer acquisition, paid marketing, and lead generation strategies
- This role will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving engagement through webinars, paid media, account-based marketing, and targeted outreach
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across institutional audiences
- Optimize lead generation efforts through paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and strategic partnerships
- Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing across landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and other strategies to improve conversion rates
- Own and manage performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other programmatic and paid media campaigns
- Define KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize budget allocation to maximize acquisition efficiency
- Partner with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert
- Understand and implement retargeting ads, new user acquisition ads, and ABM targeted campaigns
- Implement what is needed to optimize various distribution channels. For example, we’ll need GCLID implemented on Google Ads to track platform conversion events
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact webinars, virtual events, and targeted growth initiatives
- Drive attendance and engagement for educational and product-focused webinars by leveraging CRM, email marketing, and targeted promotions
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create content that resonates with key audience segments
- Build and refine automated lead nurturing sequences, segmenting audiences based on behavior and intent
- Partner with sales to ensure marketing-driven leads are properly qualified and handed off for conversion
- Leverage data and insights to personalize messaging, improve customer journeys, and optimize retention strategies
- Establish and refine attribution models to understand marketing effectiveness and optimize spend across channels
- Regularly report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. (ex. Impressions, Leads, Intent, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Leverage data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Looker to analyze campaign performance and user behavior

The digital asset industry is maturing, with asset companies looking to shore up their positions by adding secure custody capabilities. This is good news for BitGo, an independent, regulated cryptocurrency custodian company providing security, custody, and liquidity solutions.
BitGo’s flagship multi-signature wallet solution helps its clients mitigate risk and optimize capital efficiency. The company has subsequently expanded to also cover a number of areas that are critical for any holder of major crypto assets - like portfolio and tax management. In this, BitGo was smart to focus exclusively on institutional clients: there’s huge appetite among larger players to expedite the mainstreaming of crypto, and they’ll need precisely BitGo’s tools to get there.
BitGo was in talks to be acquired by PayPal, and most recently Galaxy Digital, which speaks to a strong institutional confidence in the crypto wave. In spite of a rocky year for the digital assets (which now sees BitGo suing Galaxy Digital for pulling out of the acquisition deal), BitGo has manoeuvred itself into a central position to capitalize on what, now, seems a near-inevitable period of mass adoption. Exemplifying this, the BitGo Ventures wing of the company was launched in 2024 to partner with and invest in cutting edge blockchain and fintech startups.
