Who you are
- The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ABM strategies, enjoys collaborating across cross-functional teams, and has the ability to deliver measurable results
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), ideally within the tech or healthcare environment
- Proven experience designing and executing successful ABM campaigns, with a strong track record of driving engagement
- Solid understanding of ABM tools and platforms (Salesforce, 6sense, etc) for campaign execution and reporting
- Excellent collaborative mindset and experience working directly with sales teams to develop and execute marketing programs that drive engagement and close deals faster
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and tactics to both marketing and sales teams
- A creative “brand experience” mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to optimize marketing efforts

What the job involves
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Professional to join our growing marketing team
- As an ABM Professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing high-impact ABM programs designed to engage our most strategic target accounts
- This hybrid role, based in New York, offers the opportunity to work closely with dynamic marketing and sales teams to create tailored strategies that drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate revenue
- Develop and execute end-to-end ABM campaigns aimed at high-value target accounts, focusing on personalized marketing initiatives that drive engagement and sales growth
- Partner closely with sales teams to understand account needs, challenges, and goals, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize account success
- Create and deliver multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, direct mail, digital ads, events, webinars, etc.), customizing the strategy and tactics for each account to ensure maximum impact
- Collaborate with content, digital, and creative teams to create personalized assets and messaging for key accounts
- Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment across all ABM efforts and provide a seamless experience for target accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute events, webinars, and thought-leadership content specifically for key accounts, ensuring these initiatives align with the broader ABM strategy
- Track and analyze ABM campaign performance, using tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, and other analytics platforms to monitor engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve ABM strategies and tactics
- Coordinate and manage high-touch, personalized events and initiatives (both virtual and in-person) for target accounts, including exclusive webinars, roundtable discussions, and industry events
- Support the creation of custom content and messaging for ABM campaigns, working with content teams to tailor collateral, case studies, and presentations that resonate with key personas at target accounts
