Strategic Solution Engineer, Salesforce

• Track record of presales / solution engineering, consultancy, product management or software delivery preferable in a context of complex enterprises
• Understanding the unique business requirements of customers and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap for our customers

• Solid oral, written, presentation, communication and relationship skills

• The Solution Engineering team is organized into several industry and specialist teams based on industry they are selling into, in this case we are looking for a Solution Engineer in our Manufacturing team
• Liaise with your sales counterpart “on eye level” to develop new/existing businesses or account strategy
• Lead discovery sessions with your customers to understand/identify pain points as a basis to build an innovative solution based on the Salesforce technology stack
• Clearly articulate the value of Salesforce to customers at all levels, examples include; Administration/IT Staff, managers and "C" level executives
• Create memorable positive experiences for your customers, using empathy, story telling, immersive demo techniques, etc
• Leverage your technicals skills to build innovative art of the possible demo solutions and establish a trusted relationship to the technical stakeholders on customer side
• Orchestrate an extended Solution Consulting team while building e.g. Multi-Cloud solutions for the customer
• Use your business knowledge to identify Manufacturing challenges and trends and develop tailored Salesforce value propositions
• Represent Salesforce during Marketing or Partner Events (e.g. Industry demos, industry specific discussions/use cases)
