Who you are
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology fields
- Proven Success: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-pound sales targets
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate teams, manage complex sales cycles, and influence at all levels
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the UKI business landscape, including enterprise and public sector
- Vision: Strategic thinker who can translate big ideas into actionable results

What the job involves
- As the Regional Sales Director for UK & Ireland, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to help organizations discover and secure their connected devices
- You'll own the regional strategy, drive revenue growth, and build enduring customer partnerships in one of the most innovative and high-growth sectors
- Lead and coach a Team: Manage and inspire a top-tier sales team to exceed targets while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Drive Growth: Define and execute the sales strategy for the UKI market, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
- Engage Customers: Build lasting relationships with enterprise clients, empowering them to unlock the full potential of the Armis platform
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with marketing, product, and global sales leadership to align regional goals with the company’s broader vision
- Innovate: Identify trends, explore opportunities, and stay ahead of the competitive curve in the cybersecurity landscape

As cyberattacks get more sophisticated, and digital environments more complex, it is harder and harder for businesses to manage their cybersecurity. Armis is a company that helps with this, supplying solutions to protect the entire attack surface and manage cyber risk exposure in real-time.
Though there are plenty of cybersecurity vendors out there, Armis has won a position as a leader in the market - which demonstrates the quality of its offering. It serves businesses such as United Airlines, Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelez and Reckitt, as well as national governments for whom it secures critical infrastructure.
