Role
Who you are
- We are searching for an enthusiastic Technical/Product Writer intern to join our growing team
- Good communication skills
- Good spoken and written English required (Bilingual in English and French is beneficial, but not essential)
- Knowledge of finance or the banking industry would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Markdown
- Knowledge of MS Visual Studio would be an advantage
- A highly motivated individual with great communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to think outside the box
- A technical background would be a plus
- You enjoy evolving in a multicultural environment
- An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization some knowledge of HTML and Markdown
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience with APIs
- Knowledge of the payment / banking / finance industry would be a bonus
- A real team player with a deep sense of collaboration but also are comfortable working autonomously

- Your day-to-day duties will be working with the Product Documentation Manager and various departments within the company
- As a product and technical writer, you will be at the forefront of an innovative product. You will learn the following skills:
- Planning and documentation management
- Writing styles and industry standards
- Writing about new technologies and APIs
- Writing about complex topics in a simple and effective way
- Working directly and indirectly with Design, UX, Tech, Support, and Implementation Managers
- In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Research market competitors
- Prioritize developments by assessing their impacts and efforts required
- Work closely with the documentation manager and the engineering team
- Work with Marketing and Support teams to make sure that clients understand our product and new features
