Sales Development Representative, Workable

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Up to a year of experience in an SDR or BDR role (or a strong case for why you're ready)
• Hands-on experience with a CRM to track activity and keep pipeline clean
• The right to work in the United Kingdom

Desirable

• We're looking for an SDR to join our London team and help bring Workable to more of the businesses that need it
• You'll be the first point of contact for companies exploring Workable — researching accounts, sparking conversations, and turning interest into pipeline. Day to day, that means:
• Identifying and researching target accounts and the right people within them
• Running outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
• Keeping CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
• Working closely with AEs and Marketing to sharpen messaging and run campaigns that land
• You won't be pushing a product people don't want. Workable solves real problems — hiring is hard, and HR admin is harder. You'll be selling something businesses actually need, backed by a team that knows how to close
