- 3-5 years of content marketing experience
- Basic video and image editing skills
- Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and management
- Strong oral and written communication skills – German and English are a must

- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools

What the job involves
- Reports to: Senior Director, Global Growth Marketing, EU
- We are seeking a driven content specialist to produce, test, and generate demand generation content
- You will collaborate with marketers to inform content strategy and ensure information accuracy
- You excel at managing multiple projects, have a can-do attitude, and are eager to gain expertise in digital marketing
- Develop and manage a content roadmap and global calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Produce engaging content across various formats (website, ads, video, email, social media, etc.), experimenting with new formats to reach our target audience
- Ensure steady content delivery across the funnel to engage target audiences effectively
- Use generative AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance personalisation, and scale marketing efforts
- Optimise content for SEO
- Assess content performance metrics for continuous optimisation and data-driven decisions
- Oversee the full content life cycle: ideate, write, edit, and publish engaging content
- Align content with brand voice and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content meets audience needs and supports strategic aims
- Monitor and analyse content performance, using data to refine future content strategies
- Embrace feedback constructively for professional growth
- Manage the content calendar and blog
- Edit, proofread, and improve content
- Stay updated on content trends and best practices

Electric vehicles are predicted to account for nearly 30% of new vehicle sales by 2025, which means the need for EV charging infrastructure is on the rise. ChargePoint supplies just such infrastructure, with hardware, software and mobile solutions for "every charging need".
Boasting the world’s largest EV charging network, the company also provides complimentary services for drivers, businesses and fleets. These include, for example, a mobile app for finding and paying for charging, and project management tools for making the switch to EVs.
Having already established a strong presence in the lucrative and expanding EV charging market, ChargePoint is well-poised to assist in the electric mobility revolution. It serves a range of clients across North America and Europe, including Wells Fargo whom it partnered with to create financing solutions for EV infrastructure. 2023 saw funds secured that will support its goal of reaching profitability in the near future.
