Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Gong

• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience with automation tools and a passion for driving operational excellence within a fast-paced SaaS environment
• 3+ years of technical experience in process automation and working within revenue operations or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar automation tools (Zapier, Python scripting, etc.) for process improvement
• Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite
• Experience working with APIs to create seamless integrations between systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and apply technology-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a SaaS company and knowledge of revenue operations processes preferred

• Revenue Analyst to drive process improvement initiatives across our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization
• This role will focus on identifying opportunities for automation, scripting, and efficiency enhancements that directly impact revenue operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and GTM teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements through automation and scripting
• Utilize Workato for building automations, partner with IT to maintain and release new Workato recipes
• Develop and implement automations that streamline workflows and improve efficiency across Sales Operations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
• Ensure automations are aligned with business objectives and support key revenue processes
• Leverage modern GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite to support day-to-day operations and automations
• Stay up to date with new technologies, API integrations, and best practices to enhance process automation and data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automations and provide recommendations for long-term solutions
