Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a confident and motivated Account Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis
- This role is perfect for someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in account management within healthcare or digital health environments
Desirable
- 3+ years experience in account management, customer success, or partnership management roles – ideally within healthcare, digital health, or a regulated environment
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a proactive and client-focused mindset
- Experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare providers is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts and a high degree of autonomy
- Familiarity with healthcare IT or digital health platforms and services is a plus, but not essential
What the job involves
- This role will be focused on maintaining and developing our relationships with key clients across the NHS and private healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, adoption, and retention of our Phio solution
- You will work closely with our Implementation Lead, who oversees the technical implementation and rollout, allowing you to focus on strategic account oversight, client engagement, and ongoing support
- Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for allocated client accounts, developing strong, trusted relationships and ensuring client needs are consistently met
- Coordinate regular check-ins, account reviews, and engagement sessions to maintain a clear understanding of client goals and ensure alignment
- Work with clients to track usage and performance of our solutions, gathering feedback to inform improvements and maintain value delivery
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and excellent service delivery
- Champion the voice of the client internally, advocating for enhancements or changes that support their objectives
- Support the renewal and retention process for existing clients by demonstrating value and fostering trusted partnerships
- Collaboration with Implementation Lead
- Partner closely with the Implementation Lead to ensure successful onboarding and rollout for new and existing clients
- Support communication of implementation progress and outcomes to clients where required, focusing on how solutions meet their needs and strategic goals
- Maintain oversight of key milestones and transition moments (e.g. go-live, review periods), ensuring the client experience is seamless throughout
- Align with the Implementation Lead on any technical updates or changes that may impact the client and coordinate appropriate communications
- Training, Support & Insight
- Coordinate ongoing training and refresher sessions for client teams, ensuring confidence and capability in using our digital solutions
- Manage client queries and support requests, escalating to technical teams as needed and ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to client reporting and data analysis to provide insights into engagement, performance, and opportunities for optimisation
- Track industry and sector developments to identify potential opportunities for added value and strategic alignment

- Initial Screening: 30-minute video call to discuss background, experience, and role alignment
- Hiring Interview: 45-60 minute video interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into skills, experience, and suitability for the role
- Technical/Task Assessment (if applicable): A task-based assessment to demonstrate relevant skills, which will be discussed in the next interview
- Team Interview (if applicable): 30-minute video call with potential team members to assess team fit and collaboration style
