Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to run an organised and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel
- Experience at a scale-up or in a fast-moving environment
- Native/Fluent in Dutch
- A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset
- Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships
- Competitive, with a drive to grow your market whilst upholding a high level of integrity
- Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus
What the job involves
- As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout the Benelux market. You’ll have a closing focused role in which you’ll convert leads to successful Tellent customers
- The leads you will be working on come from our different commercial channels such as Marketing, Partnerships or generated by our Business Development team
- It will be your job to manage the sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to negotiating and closing the deal. In between, you’ll do product demos and build the foundation for a strong long-lasting relationship with the customer. You’ll have a huge impact on Tellent’s success in the Benelux market
- The Benelux sales team consists of 4 Account Executives and a Business Development team who hybridly work out of the Amsterdam office. The team covers the whole Benelux territory and its mission is to keep the sales engine running and convert leads into long term customers
- The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more
- You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant for your position but you will still be learning system knowledge and sales tactics
- After six months, you are fully onboarded and working on a full target. You are a professional user of the suite and you will know how to use different sales approaches in customer contact
- Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process, initial lead qualification, product demo, negotiation through to close in the Benelux market
- Work with the complete Tellent offering - Recruitee, Jiwi HR and Javelo
- Own the full sales cycle and reach monthly sales goals
- Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects.Build a strong understanding of the HRTech space and our customers’ needs
- Provide your insight and feedback on our products to ultimately make us the best recruitment / HR software around!

On a mission to make hiring easy, fun, and accessible, Recruitee, now part of Tellent, offers a cloud-based recruitment management system to assist internal HR teams of all sizes. The hiring tool centralises four products onto one platform: employer branding, job promoting, talent sourcing, and applicant tracking.
Recruitee recently combined with Sympa, which offers customisable core HR solutions in the Nordics, hoping that, together, they can provide their individual customers with premium digital HR solution offerings. Through constant evolution, Recruitee’s founders are working towards a goal to create a business valued at over €1 billion in the coming years to achieve Unicorn status.
The tech startup has cut its ties with venture capitalists and is instead self-funded, which it deems to offer more space to focus on product, building a sustainable team, and enabling the agency to make decisions about the company’s direction, paving a unique path for itself.
