Role
Who you are
- We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or private equity markets)
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Experience engaging Tier 1 private equity clients is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- A natural inclination to identify and capitalize on new opportunities in a competitive market
- Passion for disruptive technology and a desire to work for a scaling start-up
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results
- A fast learner with a hunger for continuous growth and development
What the job involves
- We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level sales professional with a track record of qualifying, building, and closing pipelines with Tier 1 private equity clients
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets, working in a collaborative team environment where your ideas and execution will make a measurable impact
- As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify target clients and evaluate their needs
- Actively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage and support tailored product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders within the private equity market
- Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions, representing LemonEdge as a trusted partner
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies
- Collect and share client feedback with internal teams to refine LemonEdge’s product offering
- Provide regular reviews and sales reports to track progress against KPIs
