Key Account Manager, Healthera

• 4+ years in account management, partnerships, or other commercial roles, ideally in SaaS or healthcare sectors
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing substantial client portfolios (e.g. £x m revenue under management) with clear retention and growth results
• Experience negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, including engagement with senior client stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior managers and aligning multiple teams
• Ability to develop account strategies and share best practices across peers
• Solid analytical capability, using data to inform decisions and highlight growth opportunities

Desirable

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key national pharmacy groups and strategic partners, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
• Develop and deliver account plans that support client objectives while driving incremental revenue for Healthera
• Identify and execute opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our service offering
• Coordinate client projects end-to-end — from initial discussions through delivery, review, and follow-up
• Track and report on account KPIs, preparing updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Spot and nurture new business opportunities within existing accounts, while supporting outreach to new partners where relevant
• Work closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to deliver client initiatives smoothly
• Maintain accurate client documentation, reporting, and proposals at all times
