What the job involves
- We are looking for a Billing Associate to join our Winning Team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day
- As Steno’s Billing Associate, you will handle more complex billing processes, including firm and provider billing discrepancies, escalations, and workflow improvements
- You’ll work closely with internal teams to optimize billing operations
- Manage complex billing issues and escalations
- Review and process invoices with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine billing workflows
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency
- Resolve Billing Discrepancies: Identify and correct inconsistencies between order requests and billing information
- Monitor & Respond to Billing Requests: Actively track Slack channels for complex billing-related inquiries, providing timely resolutions
