Role
Who you are
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Business, or Computer Science. Must have 12 months of experience in the position or in a related position. Must have completed coursework in Price Theory, Risk Management, and Mechanics
What the job involves
- Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of HiveWatch’s product portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Work with technology leaders and product managers to remove roadblocks
- Gain a deep understanding about HiveWatch’s consumers, merchants, internal teams, competitors, and the physical security SaaS market
- Create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
- In close partnership with the VP of Product, to define and follow robust product development processes and practices
- Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks
- This includes turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics
- Ensure that the product and executive team have a shared vision of how the product is and evolves in the future
- Build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and enabling them to bring products to market
