What the job involves
- Reports to: Head of Product
- You will be joining a dynamic Product team which works across several functions: Management, Marketing and Acquisitions, and is fundamentally responsible for delivering improvements to the adoptions, implementation and management of digital content
- In a team of 2 Product Managers, a Product Strategist, Proposal Writer, and Designer, you will be empowered to support, mentor, guide and measure success across projects and initiatives, ensuring the Product team delivers greater outcomes and strategic business value
- At times you will be responsible for overseeing complex dependency-heavy projects, working across discovery and delivery areas to bring clarity to and enable a culture of continuous feedback & opportunity assessment
- You will be managed by the Head of Product who will involve you in commercial opportunities assessing product and integration opportunities, as well as aligning on and driving a value-orientated inclusive product culture
- This role will challenge you to learn, develop and upskill yourself, as well as those around you
- Assessing, validating and prioritising strategic, commercial and operational opportunities
- Testing, training and documenting improvements and removing barriers to learning, understanding and delivering value
- Working with customers to understand needs, and adeptly communicate planned improvements and manage expectations, enabling and empowering faster more confident delivery and discovery activities
- Reviewing work of Product Managers and helping support them as they develop, and in turn receiving the same support across the entire product team

The company delivers access to e-textbooks and courseware for as low as $50 per student, per class - massively reducing the cost of access to essential educational resources.
Universities subscribe to BibliU for an annual fee, and their students can access course materials such as e-textbooks, monographs, and more. This means that educators have more freedom when planning lessons or lectures, knowing all their students will be able to get their hands on relevant resources. BibliI also shares the revenue from its institutional deals with academic publishers, with which it partners.
Funds secured by the company have been used to accelerate expansion across the UK and US, secure additional partnerships and investigate new product development. Despite the economic uncertainly that plagued EdTech in general throughout 2022, BibliU experienced massive growth that has seen over half the UK's higher education students receive access to its platform, and many US institutions replace legacy bookstores with a BibliU subscription.
