Engineering Manager, Rula

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams (including recruiting, retaining, and motivating engineers)
• Experience operating with business objectives and delivering technical solutions to meet them
• Previous experience either building or leading an infrastructure or platform team
• Proficient in designing, optimizing, and managing cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring scalability and reliability for effective system management
