• You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience from first contact to final interview

• Assist in managing full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates using online tools, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate logistics in collaboration with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Help develop and refine job descriptions to reflect Xona’s voice and culture
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a key representative of our mission and values
