- 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS is required
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism in candidate interactions
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic startup setting

What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People team
- In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our hiring efforts by ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process
- You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage our ATS (Ashby), and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Manage and maintain our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports as needed
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes and improve efficiencies
- Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring they have a seamless interview experience
- Assist with employer branding efforts, including job postings, social media content, and candidate outreach
- Support onboarding efforts by ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire orientation
- Take initiative in improving and streamlining scheduling and coordination processes
- Develop foundational recruiting skills with a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter role
- In office 5 days per week and as our interim office manager for our new NYC office
