Senior SEO Manager, Salesforce

• Slack is seeking a passionate and driven Senior SEO Manager to join our growing marketing team
• 5+ Years of SEO Experience: Deep understanding of SEO methodologies, best practices, and industry trends, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience
• International SEO Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and executing SEO strategies across multiple geographic regions, with a strong understanding of regional search nuances and cultural considerations
• Multilingual SEO: Experience managing SEO for websites in different languages, including those you may not be fluent in
• Hands-on Approach: Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and perform tasks such as on-page optimization, content editing, and technical SEO analysis
• Exceptional Project Management Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, and Screaming Frog

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to prioritize SEO initiatives, track performance, and measure the impact of improvements across regions. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine SEO strategies
• Standardization & Best Practices: Establish and disseminate SEO best practices and guidelines across regions, ensuring consistency and alignment among teams
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO, working with regional teams to monitor progress and report on the health of technical SEO through audits and performance analysis
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals. Effectively manage resources and scope to maintain project momentum and deliver results
