Who you are
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering
- Proven experience of 8+ years as a Product Manager in an adtech or digital media company
- Proven experience on Identity topics
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering)
- Understanding of the product from a technology perspective
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
What the job involves
- The Identity team is responsible for Teads’ Identity Graph, the infrastructure that enables advertisers to seamlessly connect with their audiences across different environments in a privacy-safe way
- This component is the enabler that powers essential functionalities of our advertising platform, such as audience targeting across screens, reach and frequency management, outcome measurement and optimization
- As a Senior Product Manager, your missions will be to:
- Collect insights and needs from internal and external stakeholders (clients, data partners, teams in charge of building and packaging our data-driven advertising solutions)
- Evaluate external partners and industry initiatives that will help enrich and expand Teads’ Identity Graph
- Communicate on priorities, share the vision and align with the engineering teams and stakeholders
- Define objectives and success metrics, and monitor it accordingly
- Maintain an up-to-date planning to communicate on the effort and progress
- Structure the rollout strategy (timelines, team coordination, internal and external communication needs, etc.)

In 2025, it was announced that Teads had been acquired by Outbrain for $1 billion. This represents a significant step up for the two companies, which, combined, make the largest open internet business in the world. With an expanded reach of 2.2 billion customers, Teads and Outbrain will merge two of the richest contextual and interest data sets on the open internet.
