Role
Who you are
- Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master’s program
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What the job involves
- This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position
- As a CORE Quality Engineering Intern at SharkNinja, you will support the CORE team in ensuring the highest standards for product performance and customer satisfaction
- This role provides hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, and products within a dynamic product development environment
- Assist in evaluating consumer field returns for performance, durability, and compliance
- Collect and analyze data from star reviews and call center data to identify trends and potential quality issues
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for product defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to improve product quality
- Document results and create reports to support decision-making on Sharepoint and JIRA
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and quality control processes
- You’ll dive into meaningful projects and tasks that sharpen your skills and deepen your knowledge
