Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who thrives being both a strategic leader and an individual contributor
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Solid market research and interviewing skills
- Feel at home in a technical environment
- Ability to project manage various initiatives simultaneously
- Preference for a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable recording on-demand and live webinars/video content
- Ability to translate technical details for a relatively non-technical audience
- Must be a team player who works well with executives and peers
- Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar software
- Experience working with in-app notification tools like Pendo, Appcues, Beamer, or similar
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRMs is a plus
- Experience working with Ceros Studio and/or MarkUp is a big plus!
- Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, team player mentality, and the ability to convey this through communication and presentation skills
- Intellectually curious; you want to understand everything about our customers & market opportunity
- Comfortable working in a complex and ever-changing environment
- All-rounder! We’re not expecting you to do everything, all the time, but we do want someone willing to pivot to the project that’ll bring the most immediate impact

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketer with a background in digital and SaaS to help develop go-to-market strategies, launch products, create collateral, research the market, and establish a thorough understanding of our customers and competition
- You will be expected to communicate with confidence and authority, operate autonomously, and work across departments and time zones
- You'll also need to be capable of simultaneously maintaining multiple projects and functions in a fast-paced working environment
- Reporting Into: Product Marketing Director
- Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue
- Be the product champion within the marketing team: stay up-to-date with the roadmap, updates, and timelines
- Work closely with Product Managers on targeted research, and user testing as part of roadmap development and execution
- Coordinate initiatives across a cross-functional team including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience departments
- Become an expert in the needs and aspirations of our business users and target personas: marketers and designers
- Turn customer insights into strategic content to help our GTM teams perform better
- Help craft the value proposition for new features and products
- Build, monitor, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Research market trends and conduct user interviews to understand key customer segments — to inform what we build, and how we position and sell it
- Convey product knowledge back to the marketing team sharing actionable insights to inform lead generation and adoption campaigns
- Ensure the rest of the marketing team has a clear understanding of new and existing features, and that the internal documentation is up-to-date

It allows marketing and design teams to create animated content on a collaborative canvas, without having to rely on developers. Competition in the MarTech market may be fierce, with rivals including Ion and Uberflip, but Ceros sets itself apart as a platform that allows customers to produce this kind of content at scale and with fast turnaround times. Lately, the company announced "Gemma", a creative AI sidekick capable of generating new ideas, optimizing existing designs, and automating tedious tasks, with the aim of freeing up users to focus on their own creative vision.
