Executive Assistant, Impulse Space

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in supporting senior leaders in engineering or technical organizations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• As the Executive Assistant of Engineering at Impulse you will support the SVP of Engineering and VP of Assembly, Integration & Testing
• You will operate as a force multiplier for senior engineering leaders, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution across a complex, hardware-driven environment
• You’ll work closely with engineers, program managers, recruiting, and operations to keep the organization running smoothly
• Manage complex calendars across two senior engineering leaders
• Coordinate recurring meeting cadences:
• Staff meetings (multiple team segments)
• 1:1s with direct reports
• Department all-hands and leadership meetings
• Optimize time allocation and meeting effectiveness
• Partner with engineering, marketing, finance, and program management teams
• Facilitate communication and alignment across functions
• Coordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with short timelines
• Manage on-site logistics for visitors, candidates, and partners
