• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Operations Specialist to join our legal department
• In this role, you will support the day-to-day management and efficiency of the legal team by overseeing administrative tasks, optimizing processes, managing contracts, and implementing legal technology solutions
• You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal activities, contributing to cost savings, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the department
• Manage and streamline legal workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and legal documents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and IT, to ensure alignment on legal initiatives and projects
• Maintain Calm’s IP portfolio and assist with enforcement of IP infringements
• Provide support in managing litigations, including document discovery and cross-functional communications
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing legal files
