Role
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a university or bachelor’s degree in media design, communication, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Spanish and/or French is a plus!
- You are available for 5 days a week (40-hrs)
- You are available asap
- Are curious and self-starting - you seek to take up and start new projects
- Are a critical thinker - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Affinity with copy (-writing)
- Bonus points if you’ve got an eye for trends, and love staying on top of what’s hot on social or in the city streets
- We are looking for colleagues who are intrinsically motivated and bring the right experience
What the job involves
- The mission of felyx is to contribute actively to shaping the cities of the future by offering a sustainable, safe, convenient, and fun means of transportation
- You will be working directly with the Global and BNL Marketing team and will be focused on copywriting and building a content strategy for different channels to engage and retain customerS
- Working on a wide range of projects and collaborating with different people across the company is what we are looking for
- The content and stories you create will be seen and heard by a large audience on social media, CRM, and marketing activations
- Additionally, you will be part of an international team, as we recently became part of Cooltra Group, positioning ourselves as European leaders, with our HQ also in Barcelona
- Help shape exciting global and local campaigns: from city events and street activations to influencer partnerships
- Keep yourself updated on what’s happening in our cities to make sure felyx never misses a moment to show up
- Explore collaborations with universities and student associations to expand our reach in fresh, relevant ways
- Brainstorm and pitch content ideas that drive engagement and keep our riders coming back
- Support photoshoots and help create visuals
- Write sharp, localized copy that speaks directly to each city and market
- Identify what’s working, what’s not, and help us optimize for maximum impact
- Spot and stay on top of social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life

The demand for sustainable transportation solutions like electric vehicles and e-mopeds is very much on the up. And as cities focus on reducing traffic and environmental impact, companies are beginning to offer green alternatives in order to meet these needs.
fleyx is one company doing just that, with its shared e-moped services. Since 2017, the company has grown to serve over 1M users across the Netherlands and Belgium with a fleet of 6,000 electric mopeds, making city transportation more sustainable and accessible.
Recent,y felyx merged with the Spanish company Cooltra to strengthen its market position. Despite facing financial struggles, the merger is seen as a step toward future growth. By combining resources with Cooltra, felyx aims to expand its reach and continue innovating in the shared mobility space for years to come.
