Who you are
- You understand the science and the art of sales, and you’re ready to apply your experience to an early stage startup where you can have a profound impact on the company’s success
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR manager with a proven track record of success, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Strong analytical skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Linkedin, etc)
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring SDRs, transforming a group of individuals into a high performing team
- Experience partnering with Marketing teams on account-based marketing strategies
- A history of meeting or exceeding monthly targets
- A passion for sales and the process around it

What the job involves
- As an SDR Manager, you will have the opportunity to create the culture of our team
- You will work closely with the Head of Sales Development to define outreach strategy and exceed aggressive sales goals
- You will be responsible for but not limited to managing outbound campaigns by identifying critical decision makers to successfully position Moveworks value proposition
- You will be an integral part of our revenue generating team and at the same time have the opportunity and support for advancement within the company
- Help create a high energy, results focused environment where success is abundant and collaboration is key
- Cultivate a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, lead creation & pipeline generated
- Learn the product and buyer inside and out, helping craft creative and engaging messaging for prospects
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders, report on team results, and lead conversations about business direction and scalability
- Develop and deliver ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling
- Be a key player in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins
- Have an obsession with being a data-driven, highly analytical, structured thinker with the ability to lead through influlence
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talent
Our take
Moveworks provides IT service and helpdesk support through an AI-driven chatbot. Its system utilizes information about an employee, such as their role and seniority level, to deliver the correct information or carry out processes. Moveworks claims to solve 30% of IT support tickets within weeks of implementation.
In 2024, Moveworks opened a data center in Australia and its service has seen strong uptake from large enterprise-level companies, where IT teams deal with hundreds of requests at a time, helping to minimize backlog and gain back employee time. As more and more workers move from office to home or hybrid, IT support requests have boomed, opening up the opportunity for Moveworks to expand its client pool and provide solutions to help with this change.
With its upcoming acquisition by ServiceNow, Moveworks is stepping into an exciting new chapter. Joining forces with ServiceNow means its AI assistant and enterprise search tools can reach even more employees and businesses, helping make everyday work tasks easier and faster. The deal also sets Moveworks up to be a key player in the future of workplace AI, showing that its technology is ready to grow and make an even bigger impact.
