Head of Design, BuildOps

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in design, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, UX/UI, and brand development
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and others
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring design teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A strategic thinker with a user-centered design approach
• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment is preferred
