Who you are
- 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM planning, or sales enablement within B2B SaaS
- Commercial Fluency: Ability to read a prospect's 10-K, earnings transcripts, and risk reports to extract business pains and translate them into Veriff value propositions
- Executive Storytelling: Experience translating complex API/technical capabilities into simple, CEO-level visual narratives
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized with a proven ability to tailor materials for customer-specific engagements with fine-grained detail
- Strong Collaborator: Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and managing competing priorities across Sales, AM, and Product
- Data-Driven: Deep understanding of both the pre-sale and post-sale customer journey and how to influence it through content
What the job involves
- Veriff is looking for a Strategic Marketing Lead for Marketplaces to fill a critical content and sales enablement gap within our fastest-growing segment. This role sits at the center of our Marketplaces business area, ensuring we have the high-impact, professional, and customized materials needed to win and grow our most important accounts
- You’ll work in our cross functional Marketplaces team to elevate the quality of our customer-facing interactions, from initial sales pitches to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and world-class storytelling to complex marketplaces GTM programs
- Partner with the campaigns team on 1:1 ABM campaigns for key accounts, owning the positioning copy and creative across landing pages, mailers, pitch decks, and in-person engagements
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineers to build highly customized 'deep dive' diagnostics for Top 100 prospects, analyzing specific vulnerabilities and building hypothesis-led decks
- Proactively work with Account Management to drive detected cross-sells in existing key accounts, redesigning QBRs to move from reporting stats to pitching the next value-add module
- Design narratives and produce high-quality, professional sales and upsell materials for new and existing customers, moving beyond standard templates to address the customer's specific context
- Ensure strategic alignment with Product Marketing (PMM) and new logo efforts, supporting plays such as adoption, cross-sell/volume, and multi-product attach
- Collaborate across teams to ensure Sales and AMs are equipped with world-class materials for all prospect and customer meetings
- What Success Looks Like:
- Top 100 prospects receive bespoke, high-quality materials that accelerate deal velocity
- Quarterly Business Reviews are transformed into strategic moments that drive expansion and deeper adoption
- Sales and AM teams have clear visibility and access to tailored content for every high-value interaction
- Complex technical capabilities are translated into simple, CEO-level narratives that resonate with marketplaces leaders

Veriff started when the founder tried to access one of the worlds largest online marketplaces underage. He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 led to its Unicorn valuation and fuelled continued research and development. It enabled Veriff to hire more talent for its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
