Who you are
- Previous experience with OKR facilitation and process coordination, including tools for OKR, or maintaining workflows/documentation
- Previous experience organizing agendas, facilitating/moderating meetings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the Executive Leadership Team professionally
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (company language)
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide focused administrative and operational support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- The EA will ensure leaders stay informed, prepared, and effective in their day-to-day decision-making, meeting rhythms, and strategic execution
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused EA role, reporting to the CEO, supporting communication flow, scheduling, meeting preparation, information organization, and follow-through on agreed priorities
- Facilitate the OKR process to elevate transparency, alignment and target attainment (collect updates, manage timelines, and ensure documentation is correct in our systems (e.g, Perdoo)
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, or small internal events driven by the CEO/ELT
- Assist the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team in driving execution of strategic priorities and facilitate workflows advancing them
- Assist with drafting internal communications, announcements, or updates on behalf of leadership
- Act as a liaison between the ELT and internal teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and responsiveness
- Manage company calendars in coordination with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
- Maintain documentation related to executive workflows, priorities, and meeting cadences
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, gathering materials, drafting briefs, time management, and ensuring alignment on objectives
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely execution and communication
- Support preparation for recurring leadership and company-wide forums, such as:
- Weekly Executive Leadership Team Meeting
- Monthly Senior Leadership Meeting
- Monthly Company All-Hands
- Board meeting preparation (material collection and coordination)

While the company can count on the experience of engaging enterprise customers for over a decade, it must continue to push forward its product to avoid being made irrelevant by the emerging crop of technologically advanced startups in the space, such as SimilarWeb. Moves like expanding its AI Assistant product to run market insights, as it did in 2023, are definitely steps in the right direction.
