What the job involves
- As a member of our Front Line Client Experience team, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement efforts. Your mission? To delight our clients with prompt, friendly, and expert support, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression
- Handle a diverse range of inquiries, from tour details and destination advice to real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Impress clients with your responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall customer experience and driving continuous improvement
- We are looking to fill the following hours: Sunday-Thursday from 7am to 4:30pm GMT, Sunday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:00pm GMT, Tuesday-Saturday from 7am to 4:30pm GMT, Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30am-5:00pm GMT
