Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in iOS development
- Strong proficiency Swift
- Deep understanding of iOS SDK, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating with backend services
- Passion about building delightful and high-quality mobile UI experience to our end users
- Broad experience in overall system design and implementation
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Bonus if you have React Native experience
Desirable
- Experience with modern iOS development tools and libraries (e.g., Jetpack, Dagger, RxJava, Retrofit)
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns specific to iOS
- Familiarity with cross platform frameworks such as Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile
- Contribution to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio of iOS applications
- Deep understanding of iOS architecture including Instant Apps, Deeplinks, Security, Device Management, App to App communication
- Knowledge of Push Notifications architecture and constraints, including familiarity with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for iOS
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, multithreading, networking, and memory management
- Excellent debugging skills
- Ability to drive the design and implementation of major components of our applications, systems, and features, working across our entire engineering, product and design organization, where necessary to solve problems

As well as supporting all major card providers and alternative payment methods like PayPal, customers also don't need a username or password. This reduces cart abandonment and increases merchant conversion rates.
The company has seen impressive growth, annually processing more than $1 billion in retail transactions across its 300+ retailers. While Bolt has won the race against Google, who tried, and failed with Google Checkout, there are other 'one-click' competitors to watch out for, including Square, who has over 30 million monthly active users.
