Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, preferably with a land-and-expand strategy
- A hunter’s mindset combined with a farmer’s ability to nurture long-term customer relationships
- Eagerness to learn and adapt within the agriculture and agtech sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles (90+ days)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Agriculture or agtech experience is an advantage but not required
What the job involves
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Develop target account lists across multiple European industry segments to drive new sales
- Collaborate on Go-To-Market Strategies: Work with the GTM team to design sales and marketing programs that build a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our ideal customer profile
- Engage with Prospects: Partner with subject matter experts to understand prospects’ business requirements and recommend how Regrow’s platform can meet their needs
- Lead Presentations and Demos: Confidently conduct technical presentations and demos that clearly articulate Regrow’s value proposition, even during early-stage engagements without a dedicated Sales Engineer
- Become an Industry Expert: Develop deep expertise in your assigned industry and effectively communicate how our suite of products can achieve the desired outcomes for various stakeholders
- Focus on the Customer Journey: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospects, positioning yourself and Regrow as indispensable partners throughout the sales cycle
- Drive Post-Sale Engagement: Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sale to long-term customer growth
- Adapt and Innovate: Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement and adapt quickly to market feedback and evolving business needs
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Represent your segment by sharing market insights, opportunities, and challenges with senior leadership
- Network Extensively: Attend industry events and conferences to engage with prospective accounts and expand your professional network

Founded in 2016, Regrow Ag partners with businesses to help them combat climate change in their agriculture strategies. With a net zero carbon aim, client companies use Regrow’s enterprise software platform to find sustainable ways of growing their profits.
A win-win for large companies, Regrow’s business model relies on partnerships, of which they have plenty. Regrow has joined forces with several food industry giants, including Kellogg to create sustainable rice growing markets in the US, whilst it's teaming up with climate solutions provider South Pole will pave the way for more robust agricultural projects and greenhouse gas emissions monitoring.
Regrow Ag is set to expand its sustainable farmland and continue seeking out partnerships with large corporations. This all comes at a time when the world is in dire need of companies like Regrow, who are bridging a wide gap between the desires of big businesses and the environment’s need for net zero.
