Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and B2B sales
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- You have a strong passion for blockchain technology and are excited about the opportunity to drive the decentralization of AI through strategic partnerships and alliances
- You have excellent negotiation skills and can lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations

What the job involves
- As the Head of Business Development at OpenGradient, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and impact of our native on-chain AI inference technology
- You will identify and pursue opportunities that align with our company objectives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of OpenGradient and the OpenGradient Network
- Craft and execute a robust partnership strategy that aligns with OpenGradient’s vision and market goals
- Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, agreement execution, and ongoing partnership maintenance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry influencers
- Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy and optimal integration of new partnerships
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall business goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate new opportunities and potential collaborations
