Our take
Real estate development faces a number of challenges, such as increasing concern over carbon footprint, skyrocketing costs and hard-to-manage risk. Consigli exists to help project managers overcome all these, by supplying an AI-powered autonomous engineer.
Consigli's product has a range of capabilities including identifying risk elements in tender documentation, optimising space in builds and reducing material usage. This all contributes to users being able to deliver more robust, speedy and carbon-conscious projects.
It's a valuable offering, and the industry sees this - with the company raising a considerable amount of funding. This will support the expansion of its foothold in Norway and Sweden as well as the building out of its presence in the UK market.
