Who you are
- Experience operating at the centre of a Product, Technology, or high-growth business organisation
- Previous experience in roles such as Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Founder Associate, or similar operational leadership positions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving outcomes through influence rather than authority
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
- Experience improving processes, operating models, or organisational effectiveness at scale
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias toward action and delivery
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and modern ways of working
What the job involves
- Own and continuously improve the operating rhythm of the Product organisation, including planning cycles, scorecards, reporting, and leadership cadences
- Partner closely with the CPO to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex operational challenges
- Identify and remove organisational friction, bottlenecks, and coordination overhead that slow teams down
- Create visibility across Product, Engineering, Data, and other functions, ensuring risks, dependencies, and priorities are clearly understood
- Monitor key business and product metrics, proactively identifying issues and driving the right conversations and actions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that don't naturally belong to a single team but are critical to business success
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and tools that improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Ensure important decisions are documented, communicated, and followed through to completion
- Act as a trusted partner and sounding board for senior leaders across the organisation
