What the job involves
- Within SBS, the Digital Engagement Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS), i.e. the front-end customer-facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels), as well as our offerings across Open Banking, AI & CRM, and Digital Lending
- We are seeking our new Senior Presales Consultant to contribute to our success by supporting presales activities in various geographies (EMEA): You will study, design and propose convincing and surprising digital solutions based on our portfolio of R&D components to win digital banking opportunities
- Your contacts are customers, sales representatives in each geography, as well as product or marketing directors and architects
- Present and pitch our portfolio of solutions by highlighting the business and technological added value
- Demonstrate our added value through the use of product live demos
- Support the sales forces throughout the sales cycle and particularly in the development of commercial proposals
- Propose and illustrate ideas, feedbacks to improve the banking experience of customers during the presales phases
- Participate in technical evaluations of companies that can become partners
