What the job involves
- The SVP, Performance & Content Marketing is a global role that provides senior leadership, strategic direction, organizational design, transformation and proven expertise on globally integrated campaign and content strategies
- The function is responsible for building and leading a globally integrated campaign infrastructure as well as a holistic global content strategy considering all areas of the organization
- The SVP of Performance & Content Marketing will work across multi-functional stakeholders including a GTM strategy alignment across sales, marketing, and the business units
- Define the company’s global campaign strategy and themes working across key stakeholders in the business units, sales and marketing and ensuring full GTM alignment to achieve the company’s five-year strategy, including direct and indirect revenue generation
- Build a global campaign infrastructure covering the full customer lifecycle and ensuring full integration of all core stakeholders in the campaign development cycle + ongoing optimization of campaign targeting and business impact
- Develop, communicate and execute the global integrated campaign strategy to increase awareness, acquire new customers, grow our existing customer footprint and support retention (full customer lifecycle)
- Align company’s reputation, demand, account-based marketing (ABM) engagement and enablement programs across marketing, sales and the business in an integrated planning cycle
- Work in partnership with sales operations to strategize, build and develop supporting sales plays that map to the global campaign themes to maximizes effectiveness and reach
- Expand campaign activation via digital acquisition and build out portfolio of digital channels and related digital marketing expertise
- Define and execute the global content strategy ensuring targeted, efficient, and timely content development. Deliver content across multiple platforms to enhance the AVEVA brand value and reputation, drive optimal engagement and conversion while increasing awareness and demand generation to meet our company targets
- Lead program to integrate content development across all AVEVA aligning and clarifying key roles and responsibilities with related senior stakeholders. Execute the agreed plan
- Further build out the ABM strategy with clear definition of 1:1, 1:few, 1:many programs
- Senior leadership across all marketing functions: Portfolio and Industry Marketing, Brand Marketing and Communications, Executive Engagement and Events, Enterprise and Regional Marketing, and Marketing Strategy and Transformation
- Senior Sales leadership: Regional Sales and Market Leaders, Partner Sales, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success
- Senior business leadership: CPO organization and Business Areas
