Role
Who you are
- Radiant is seeking a highly driven, experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment and scale a world class team in a startup environment
- The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, are skilled in identifying and closing the top 5% of talent in their respective fields, and take extreme ownership over their work
- The ideal candidate also has experience supporting a diverse set of skillsets and roles and are is comfortable recruiting both entry level and senior talent across technical and corporate functions
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university OR 4+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house

- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive niche talent skillsets
- Ability to form deep partnerships and communicate clearly and effectively with hiring managers
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively; concise and effective communicator with high energy
- Excellent negotiation abilities and using creative closing strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in both traditional and non-traditional recruitment methods: cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns, etc
- Understanding of talent, hiring, and industry market trends to inform strategic recruitment
- Tenacious and leaves no rock unturned; adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized – able to manage 20+ open requisitions with fast turn-around times
- Experience scaling early-stage, 0-1 startup teams and recruitment practice
- Genuine interest in Kaleidos technology and impact; deep curiosity with ability to learn new technologies quickly
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment – intake meetings, sourcing strategy and execution, interviews, negotiating offers, and closing
- You will be a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers on closing strategies, talent trends, and best practices
- You will also drive Radiant’s university recruitment program to attract top students
- You will have a big impact on Radiant’s mission to build and commercialize the world’s first portable zero-carbon nuclear microreactor
- Manage full cycle recruiting process providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- Act as trusted partner for hiring managers on hiring strategies, best interview practices, and closing talent
- Develop and uphold consistent, structured hiring processes that assesses and attracts top talent
- Own and drive university recruiting and internship programs that make Radiant the employer brand of choice for students
- Drive non-traditional recruitment methods, including organizing and executing networking events, identifying industry experts, etc
- Identify and address process improvements in recruitment and talent function, leaning on data to inform decisions
- Attend recruiting and networking events on behalf of Radiant
Our take
To support the clean energy revolution, Radiant Nuclear is developing a portable, containerized nuclear microreactor. Once launched, it will have the potential to provide power to remote parts of the world or act as a backup supply to vital infrastructure such as hospitals and data centers.
Typically, these backup systems are powered by diesel generators - making them extremely bad for the environment. Radiant's microreactors could allow the replacement of these generators whilst supplying the same critical asset support, enabling a substantial reduction in carbon footprint.
Having completed the design phase of the project, Radiant has taken a step closer towards realizing its microreactor (known as Kaleidos). The company intends to test a prototype as early as mid-2026 and has secured considerable funding to support its work towards that goal.
