• Effectively communicate PagerDuty's business value proposition to evaluate purchase interest, demonstrating passion for digital transformation and innovation

• Sales Effectiveness & Relationship Building - Establish, oversee and maintain genuine connections with customers throughout the sales process

• Utilize best practices in account development, leveraging phone, email, video, and social technologies
• Employ discovery processes to engage with practitioners and management levels of target accounts
• Proficiently use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach and Demandbase & other tools to optimize sales activities and focus
